We invite you to consider membership at Meadow Swim &
Tennis Club. Membership includes the following privileges &
amenities:

  • Access to a state of the art swimming pool from April
    to October each year, as well as learn-to-swim
    lessons, and competitive swim team
  • Access to 4 tennis courts, with 2 lighted for evening
    tennis year round, as well as tennis lessons, clinics,
    and competitive leagues
  • Use of the Meadow clubhouse and facilities for events,
    parties and casual get-togethers

Cost of membership is based on fair market value. The cost
of membership in 2008 was:

  • Membership fee: (approx)  $1,000.00, subject to
    current market value
  • Transfer fee:  $200
  • Annual membership dues: $1,600.00, payable March
    1st each year

Meadow Membership Transfer Process

  • In order to join Meadow Swim & Tennis Club, you will need to purchase 1 of the 275 existing memberships.  
  • A sellers list is received by contacting the Membership Chair, you may do so by completing the online form below.
  • Sellers and Buyers negotiate price and transact directly.
  • Buyers pay Sellers for Meadow membership and any prorated dues for the year. Outstanding dues must be paid prior to
    transfer of the membership.
  • Meadow is paid a Transfer Fee of $200. Mail to:

  • Seller is responsible for paying Meadow; membership will not transfer until payment is received.
  • Buyers must then email the Membership Chair (membership@gomeadow.com) their contact information for the
    membership (member names, home mailing address, phone, and one email address for club information).
  • Sellers give Buyers the key. Replacement keys are available for $25 from the Membership Chair.
  • Sellers email Membership Chair (membership@gomeadow.com) to verify that the transfer is complete.
