Meadow offers a great venue for your next party or celebration.
Pool Parties
Host your party on the pool deck, outside the clubhouse, on the lawn, on the upper deck, or picnic area. This is the most popular option for birthday parties, BBQ's, or other gatherings.
Guest fees for all non-members apply.
Clubhouse Rental
Rent the clubhouse for your next club meeting or gathering.
Clubhouse rental is $125.

Party Planning Tips
A few things to keep in mind to make the most of your party at Meadow.
Plan
Plan your party when the pool is typically less crowded. Late mornings and evenings on the weekends are good times. Weekday late afternoons or evenings are great too.
Check the Calendar
Check the Calendar to make sure there are no swim meets, tennis matches, or other club social functions. No parties are allowed during swim meets—tennis occasionally uses the clubhouse for match festivities
Schedule
Schedule your party with our Club Manager, so they may notify the pool manager. If your party is going to extend beyond scheduled hours, they may be able to pre-arrange to have lifeguards stay late as well.
